Wolfe was rushed to the Cayuga Medical Center, where he later died due to injuries sustained in the accident.
Although the accident is under investigation, no indictment was made and the Tompkins County sheriff’s office did not disclose the name of the truck driver, the Ithaca Journal reported.
In 2001, Wolfe gained fame when he presented allegations that he had seen photographic evidence of an alien structure on the hidden side of the Moon.
In a video interview, Wolfe said that in the mid-1960s, he worked for the Tactical Air Command at Langley Air Base in Virginia. Wolfe said he works as an electronics technician in photo surveillance laboratories and spent most of his time working on machines that processed surveillance images of Vietnam.
Wolfe revealed that one day his superior told him to contact an NSA (National Security Agency) facility at the base to help with a problem with the equipment used to process the images of the first lunar orbital mission.(alien bases on the moon)
